DELAND, Fla. – No. 18-ranked North Florida Beach Volleyball defeated No. 17 South Carolina, 3-2, to close out its regular season at The DeLand Cup at Cooper Beach Volleyball Complex in DeLand, Fla. on Saturday. Â

After South Carolina built a 2-0 lead with wins at the top two lines, North Florida responded to take the final three flights for the ranked win. It marked the third ranked win of the season for North Florida.Â

Junior Eden Anderson and freshman Ally Bunch earned a 21-17, 22-20 win at the five line, and redshirt junior Sophia Notaro and freshman Kamryn McDonald responded to a first-set loss to tie the count with a 18-21, 21-17, 17-15 win at the four line. Senior Presley Murray and freshman Samantha Crosby clinched the match with a three-set win, 21-18, 18-21, 15-11, at the three line.Â

North Florida awaits its seeding and looks to defend its back-to-back titles at the 2026 ASUN Championship on Wednesday-Friday, April 22-24 at John Hunt Park in Huntsville, Ala.Â
