
Women's Tennis Ready For Pair of Home Matches

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – North Florida women's tennis hosts Rider and Austin Peay for a pair of weekend matches at UNF Tennis Complex.Â
The Ospreys are currently on a four-match win streak and have won five of its last six matches. The Ospreys have also won each of their ASUN conference matches.Â
UNF takes on Rider in a rescheduled match on Friday, March 21 at 2 p.m. The men's team will also face Rider at the same time. They will then resume conference action when it battles Austin Peay on Sunday, March 23 at 10 a.m.Â
Freshman Gabby Goyins has notched an eight-match win streak and leads all Ospreys with an 8-2 record.Â
The 10-time ASUN Tournament and seven-time ASUN Regular Season champion North Florida were tabbed to finish second in the 2025 ASUN Preseason Poll. The Ospreys are in their sixth season under two-time ASUN Coach of the Year Catherine Dunagan who has guided the Ospreys to three ASUN Regular Season titles, two ASUN Tournament titles, an NCAA Tournament win and the program's NCAA Tournament Singles and Doubles appearances.
Following the weekend's action, North Florida heads to Conway, Ark., to battle Central Arkansas on Friday, Mar. 28, at UCA Tennis Courts and Conway Tennis Center.Â
