
Khelil Earns Program's First ASUN Player Of The Year Nod, Nine Ospreys Collect ASUN Postseason Honors

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Atlantic Sun Conference announced Tuesday that North Florida Men's Soccer earned a conference-best nine 2025 ASUN Postseason selections.Â

With an already Division I era program-record 12 wins, North Florida secured back-to-back ASUN Championship titles and earned automatic qualification to the 2025 NCAA Championship, where it will face North Carolina in the NCAA First Round on Thursday, Nov. 20 at Dorrance Field in Chapel Hill, N.C.

An unanimous selection, sophomore midfielder Anton Khelil earned 2025 ASUN Player of the Year and 2025 ASUN Midfielder of the Year honors. Khelil is the first ASUN Player of the Year selection in program history.Â

Senior defender Jaylen Yearwood was named 2025 ASUN Defensive Player of the Year. Yearwood is the first ASUN Defensive Player of the Year selection for North Florida since Jay Bolt in 2016.Â

Redshirt junior goalkeeper Luciano Natoli collected 2025 ASUN Goalkeeper of the Year distinction. Natoli is the first ASUN Goalkeeper of the Year nod for North Florida since Kyle Nasta in 2014.Â

The eight Ospreys on the First and Second Team All-ASUN are the most in program history. The five Ospreys named First Team All-ASUN were also the most in program history.Â

In addition to Khelil, Yearwood and Natoli, redshirt senior forwards Jaxon Reinhardt and Luc Granitur earned First Team All-ASUN selections.Â

Junior defender Paul Schacherer, junior midfielder Tyler Prebenda and sophomore defender Rafa Rios collected Second Team All-ASUN accolades.

Freshman midfielder Cameron Gray also earned ASUN All-Freshman honors. He joins Khelil and Rios as All-Freshman honorees for North Florida under Head Coach Jamies Davies and staff.Â
Granitur, Khelil, Natoli, Reinhardt, Yearwood and Prebenda were also named Academic All-ASUN.Â
