JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida women's swimming wraps up its competition season at the 2024 CSCAA National Invitational Championships from March 14-16 at the Florida Aquatics Swimming & Training (FAST) Center in Ocala, Fla.
The group of
Kayla Daley,
Aydan Horrigan,
Ashley Kirby and
Victoria Torres all qualified for their respective events at the 2024 ASUN Championships, with Daley qualifying for the 100-yard butterfly with her record-breaking time of 54.31 at the Gamecock Invite back in November.
The meet will be streamed live on the FAST YouTube channel and live results can be found on Swimcloud.
FROM THE STARTING BLOCK
- The top 20 swimmers in the preliminaries will qualify for the evening finals.
- Kirby and Torres both qualified for the 100-yard breaststroke preliminaries
- Horrigan will swim the 400-yard individual medley preliminaries
- Kirby also qualified for the 50-yard breaststroke preliminaries
- Daley will compete in the 50- and 100-yard butterfly preliminaries
- All four swimmers will race together in the 400-yard freestyle relay on Saturday

"Going back to the NIC is a great way to finish our season. It's the first time we have been to this meet since 2020. We'll be competing against teams from all over the country. Going to the postseason is a great achievement for our program. It should be an exciting meet". -- head coach
