"We went into the fourth quarter down five, but quickly executed a stop, a score and a stop. Down just one point and poised to take control of the game, we made some execution errors on both ends that Winthrop capitalized on. We have to be disciplined to close out games and execute in the final five minutes. With this inexperienced group, the burden of that is really on me. I need to make better calls and coach our coverages more clearly to eliminate errors at crucial times. Shooting the three-ball is an important part of our offense, but we passed up open looks today. We need more players to step up and knock down shots if we're going to put more points on the board."
