North Florida Announces Apparel Collaboration With Sunrise Surf Shop

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The University of North Florida is excited to announce the latest collaboration between the university and the Jacksonville community as UNF Athletics and Sunrise Surf Shop announce a new partnership.
Sunrise Surf Shop will hold a pop-up table selling a new line of North Florida and Sunrise Surf Shop branded hoodies, pullovers and t-shirts at the UNF vs. UNC Asheville men's basketball game Monday, Nov. 18 at the UNF Arena. The apparel will be available to purchase at the Sunrise Surf Shop at a later date.Â
UNF alumnus Kendrick Kidd helped design the new line of Osprey apparel, featuring an Osprey mid-Swoop as well as the North Florida text wordmark logo.Â
"We're really excited about our athletics lifestyle collab with Sunrise Surf Shop," Assistant AD for Major Gifts Derek Marinatos said. "The company is an iconic beach brand that embodies the type of partner that will elevate North Florida athletics in our community. We are very thankful for our relationship with Dan Brooks and his staff at Sunrise. Using a UNF alumnus in Kendrick Kidd for the joint logo with. That truly was the icing on the cake in our collaboration. We are really excited to share this collaboration with the alumni, students and staff in our community."
