Two Ospreys Go Top 11 In Regular Season Finale
FRANKLIN, Tenn. - North Florida men's golf completes the final round of its regular season to combine at 6-under for a fifth-place finish at the Mason Rudolph Championship hosted by top-ranked Vanderbilt on Wednesday afternoon.
Nick Gabrelcik jumped ahead as the lead Osprey scorer on the third day of play with a score of 1-under 70 that put him with a share of ninth overall. Davis Lee joined in with a share of 11th to score right behind the junior under par on the week.

ROUND REFLECTIONS
- Gabrelcik carded five birdies in his final round to card his third round at par or better for his eighth top-10 placement of the season.
- He ended up scoring the most birdies of any individual with 17 total and averaging the second-best score on par-five holes at nine-under.
- Just like the first two rounds, he finished his round with a pair of birdies on the back-to-back par-five holes.
- Lee turned in his fourth top-25 mark of the year, as well as his fourth tournament under par, after his combined score of 3-under 210.
- The senior also placed with a top-seven par-four average (2-under), as well as the seventh-most birdies (13).
- Robbie Higgins made his second eagle of the event on the final hole to score 1-under 70 and share 26th overall.
- He also finished with a top-six par-three average (even-par) and top-eight in par-five average (6-under).
- Cody Carroll took a great start with no bogeys through eight holes and tied for 35th with a cumulative score of 4-over 217.
- Cooper Smith had two birdies on the back nine to round out the day for UNF inside the top 50 individuals.
- Lance Yates led all Osprey players with the fourth-most pars at 37 total on his way to share 18th at 1-under 212.
- Jason Duff had the best final round of any UNF player at 3-under 68 to finish tied for 62nd overall.
- The Ospreys was one of three teams to finish with two players inside the top 11 scores.
- UNF was second in par-five scoring (26-under) and third in par-four scoring (13-over), while also sharing second for total birdies (56).
- They also finished as one of three teams to have three eagles over the course of the week.
