Women's Golf Sits Fifth Through Two Rounds at Lady Paladin

Eisenbeiss Remains Inside Top Three Individuals
GREENVILLE, S.C. - North Florida women's golf continued play in the second round of the Lady Paladin, as the Ospreys recorded a score of 11-over 299 on Saturday afternoon to sit in fifth place as a team.
Christin Eisenbeiss repeated as the best Osprey score on Saturday with an even-par score to stay inside the top-three spots on the player's leaderboard. She remains inside the top three individuals with a chance to take her second-career medalist crown during the final round on Sunday afternoon.

ROUND REFLECTIONS
- Eisenbeiss holds the lead for not only average score on par-four holes (2-under), but also for most birdies with nine total.
- The junior gained momentum making the turn onto the back nine with three birdies to make up for the 1-over score on the front side.
- Wyndom Burnett repeated her score from the first round round going 2-over 74 once again to stay steady in the top 25 heading into the final round.
- Jessie Cai started well in the second round with one birdie and no hole worse than par through seven holes to secure 4-over 76 on the day to share 17th overall.
- Daniela Gonzalez made the necessary adjustments from the opening round to improve her score by three strokes at 5-over 77.
- Kaitlynn Washburn wrapped up the second day for the Ospreys with 10 pars to bring in a combined score of 15-over entering Sunday's final round.
- Even in fifth as a team, the Ospreys remain only one of two teams in the field to have three players inside the top 25 individuals after two days of competition.
