Men's Tennis Lines Up a Pair of Finals Appearances After Day Two at UCF Fall Sizzler

Crespo to Play for Singles Final, Carroll and Vietri Reach Doubles Final
LAKE NONA, Fla. - UNF men's tennis followed up a strong first day with a successful second day at the UCF Fall Sizzler as the Ospreys advanced to a singles and doubles final set for Sunday.
Rodrigo Crepso won a gritty quarterfinals match before taking down Georgia Southern's Alex Roumpis in straight sets during the semifinal round of the orange bracket.
Matt Carroll and Bruno Vietri will also be playing for a title tomorrow after earning a spot in the Sizzler Doubles Fire Bracket. They'll be pitted against a pair from Stetson.
Carroll also grabbed a singles win in the quarterfinal round of the red bracket before coming up short against Nathan Mao of Cornell.Â
Spencer Dorosheff dropped his backdraw contest against Bradley Paliska of Cornell, while Vietri was barely edged in a three-set grinder against Hugo Salmeron of Kennesaw State in the main draw of the orange bracket.
