Long Clinches Match, Wins Fifth-Straight Singles Contest
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida women's tennis has rolled by Georgia Southern historically, and Sunday that continued as the Ospreys (4-5) bested the Eagles (3-4), 6-1, February 20. UNF won doubles and five of the six singles positions, with all but one win coming in straight sets.

How it Happened
Kendall Nash and Summer Yardley finished first with a 6-2 win at the three slot, while Anslee Long and Isabel Oliveira clinched the opening point behind another 6-2 win. No. 5 Kit Gulihur and Ana Paula Melilo had their match left unfinished.
Gulihur and Annabelle Davis won back-to-back at positions one and three, getting UNF within one of clinching. Long continued to play great tennis, gutting out a 6-3, 7-6 (7-4) win to clinch the match at five singles.Â
Yardley and Sean Lodzki both provided UNF's remaining wins after the match was decided.
