Lefty Twirls Six Scoreless, Marabell Drives in Four
DeLAND, Fla. - Southpaw Austin Bogart spun a surgical six-scoreless frames and Blake Marabell keyed the UNF (11-16, 5-4 ASUN) bats with four RBI in North Florida's 7-1 win against Stetson (20-12, 6-3 ASUN) in the rubber game Sunday, April 18.
Bogart, the former Hatter, needed just 70 pitches across six sessions of effort. The lefty allowed only five hits and a walk, fanning a pair.
It's UNF's first series win against Stetson since 2016 and first in DeLand since 2015.

Behind the Line Score
- North Florida set the tone in the first, scoring four.
- UNF used three hits including an Isaiah Byars single, Abraham Sequera double and Marabell three-run home run to fuel the first. Alex Kachler also notched a sac fly.
- The Ospreys added another in the third. Kachler and Trey Spratling-Williams singled before Tanner Clark played Kachler with a two-out base knock.
- Bogart worked three hitless innings before Stetson got its first hit.
- UNF made it 7-0 with two in the seventh. Kachler walked and eventually scored after an error, wild pitch and Marabell sac fly scored him. Aidan Sweatt plated one more with a two-out single.
- Brandon Reitz and Tony Roca combined for the final three frames.
- Stetson broke up the shutout bid with a run on two hits and an error in the ninth.
