McKinley Picks Up the Win, Bullpen Spins 3.1 Scoreless
ATHENS, Ga. - Austin Bogart hit a three-run homer, Alex Kachler launched two of his own and the UNF bullpen spun 3.1 scoreless behind starter Max McKinley as UNF baseball (4-6) defeated No. 21 Georgia (7-3) Friday, March 5.
It's UNF's second Power Five win this season and first ever against Georgia. UGA is ranked 21st in the latest USA Today Coaches Poll.

Behind the Line Score
- Five singles and a sac fly put Georgia up 2-0 in the first.Â
- Austin Bogart belted a three-run home run to left, vaulting UNF ahead, 3-2.
- The Bulldogs tied it up in the bottom of the second on a double and a single.
- UNF generated a run in the third, taking a 4-3 lead. Alex Kachler singled, moved to second on a Tanner Clark groundout, took third on Trey Spratling-Williams' fly out and scored on a Blake Marabell infield single.
- Kachler blasted a home run to left center in the fifth for a 5-3 lead.
- Georgia's Connor Tate cut into the UNF lead with a solo shot in the bottom of five.
- UGA loaded the bags in the sixth, but UNF stranded them.Â

- Miller kept Georgia at bay until UNF tacked on two more in the ninth. Kachler hit a towering homer to center and Bogart added another RBI to his total with an infield single scoring Clark.
