Professional baseball player, then a sports broadcaster.

Playing in the Majors and running a nonprofit that teaches mentally-disabled children how to play sports.
Why do you play baseball?
Multiple reasons - I use it as a platform to help spread God's word and love. Also ever since I was 3, all I ever wanted to do was play professional baseball. It's always been a dream of mine. I also play to prove to the people from my small hometown that you can make it and help build the path for kids from Branford who have big dreams like I had. Another reason is I want to be able to give back and support my family is because they've done everything for me growing up so I could live out my dream.
Who is your favorite baseball player?
Max Scherzer
Who/what inspires you?
My family and friends from back home.
What is something about you that people wouldn't expect?
I can sing and I taught myself how to play the piano.
What's your proudest achievement?
Ask me at the end of this season and then you will have your answer.
What's the most valuable piece of advice you have received?
Be the person you're meant to be, don't let anyone change you, and never lose sight of who you are.
Pre-game meal?
Changes every time
Walk-up song?
"Twang" by Mason Ramsey
Favorite hobby?
Basketball and ping pong.
What does it mean to be a student-athlete?
Obviously we're here to play our sport, but your education comes first. If something happens with your career, you always have your degree to fall back on.
