JACKSONVILLE - North Florida men's basketball gets a brief break from the road Monday night as the Ospreys host High Point in the squad's final home game of the 2019 calendar.

1. REWIND
The Ospreys earned a runner-up finish at the Continental Tires Las Vegas Invitational last week after topping LIU 95-92 before falling to Tennessee State in the championship game, 81-73 | Carter Hendricksen was named to the All-Tournament team after averaging 21.5 PPG and 8.5 RPG | Ivan Gandia-Rosa also had a solid week averaging 22.0 PPG while handing out a season best 9 assists against TSU

2. HOME SWEET HOME
The Ospreys have now won eight straight at UNF Arena heading into Monday's home clash | UNF has boasted 10+ wins at home in each of the last five seasons | North Florida is 60-15 at home since start of 2014-15 season and owns a 96-41 mark during head coach Matthew Driscoll's 11-year tenure

3. #BIRDSofTREY
With 110 3PM this season, UNF leads the nation from beyond the arc | The Ospreys have posted double digit 3PM in 8 of 9 games this season and are currently averaging 12.2 threes per game | In their last home tilt, UNF connected on a program record 21 three-pointers against Trinity Baptist | Seven different players have made a trey this season for North Florida while 12 have attempted a three-pointer

4. MID MAJOR MINGLE
UNF is 40-21 (.658) under Coach Driscoll against non-conference D1 mid-major opponents (like sized programs) | Ospreys are 3-1 this year including a 2-0 mark at UNF Arena with victories versus Georgia Southern and Southern Miss | All four games have been decided by less than 10 points with all three wins featuring three-point differantials

5. LAST TIME WE MET
North Florida and High Point are meeting for the first time on the hardwood with a return game scheduled for next season at HPU | While not having faced the Panthers, UNF has posted a 21-33 record against teams from the Big South Conference, as current members Campbell and USC Upstate were both formerly members of the ASUN

SCOUTING HIGH POINT
- High Point comes into the clash with a 1-6 record following a 90-73 win over Greensboro College on Nov. 26
- HPU is coached by legendary head coach Tubby Smith, who coached Kentucky to a National Championship
- Panthers are seeking their first road win of the year, dropping their previous four of the season
- High Point boasted a 16-17 mark in Smith's first season at the helm of his alma mater
- Panthers are averaging 60.0 PPG and have made just 30 treys on the year
- Curtis Holland III tops HPU in scoring at 13.1 PPG
