DeLand, Fla. - The North Florida beach volleyball team battled all the way to the end against the host Stetson before the Hatters claimed a 3-1 championship win on Sunday afternoon at the Cooper Beach Volleyball Courts. The Ospreys advanced to the title match after defeating FGCU 3-0 in the consolation bracket earlier in the day.

Beach Bullets
- All matches on Sunday were played to clinch due to impending weather concerns in DeLand.
- In the first match against Stetson, the hosts picked up three straight set wins to clinch the match and push the Ospreys to the consolation bracket against FGCU.
- In the FGCU match, UNF got out to a quick start as both the No. 4 and 5 picked up victories which included Mallory Waggoner and Casey Justice coming back from a set down to win the match.
- In the No. 1 position, Carina Hoff and Courtney Miller picked up a straight set win over FGCU to send the Ospreys to the championship match.
- In the championship match, Madilyn McCarty and Nicole DeBolt opened the scoring with a straight set win at the No. 4 to give UNF an early 1-0 lead. The Hatters tied the match at one apiece with the No. 5 win.
- Stetson continued its strong play as they picked up back-to-back straight set wins at No. 2 and 3 to clinch the tile.
- McCarty and DeBolt were named to the all-tournament team after a 3-1 record in the ASUN tournament.
- UNF finished the season with a 19-12 record
