The short story:Â The North Florida men's golf team fired a 6-under 278 and moved from third to first place in Sunday's final round at the Carbarrus County Irish Creek Intercollegiate. The Ospreys won by two strokes, finishing with a 54-hole total of 838 (-14) en route to earning their second team title of the spring.

- Sophomore Andrew Alligood earned the best tournament showing of his career (3rd) after posting a team best 4-under 67 in the final round to finish with a 207Â
- Junior Dillon Woods carded his second consecutive round of 69 (-2) in earning a T-8th (210), his second Top 10 performance of the year and first this spring
- Sophomore Travis Trace shot a 3-under 68, finishing at 211 (T10) nd giving the Ospreys three players among the Top 10 individuals
- Freshman Michael Mattiace earned a T-25th in his first appearance in the Osprey lineup, finishing with a score of 214 including his final round 74
- Sophomore Philip Knowles rounded out the UNF lineup, shooting a final round 74 and finishing T38 at 217
