The short story:Â The North Florida men's golf team closed with a final round 293 on Tuesday at the Sea Best Invitational at TPC Sawgrass (Dye Valley Course) finishing tied for seventh. Philip Knowles and Dillon Woods shared team honors in the final round after carding rounds of 1-over 71.Â

FIRST TEE
- Sophomore Travis Trace was the squad's top finisher earning a tied for 8th with a 54-hole total of 2-over 212
- Knowles joined Trace among the Top 20 individuals, finishing tied for 15th at 214 (+4)
- Woods trimmed nine shots off his second round score and vaulted 20 spots in the final individual standings en route to a 42nd-place tie
- Andrew Alligood posted his second consecutive 77 while senior Osten Waite finished with a closing round 84
- Playing as an individual, freshman Michael Mattiace matches his career best round of 72 (+2) on the last day
