QUOTABLE...
"I am very proud of our men's team for battling to earn a second-place team finish. They were very efficient and produced many quality races from a small team. They were really able to get the job done. Nick Morken was outstanding in placing in Top 3 in all three races including winning the Mile. It was exciting to see him recognized as the top point scorer in the conference. Tyler Stahl also had a very strong performance on the weekend posting two third-place finishes and a runner-up. Those two guys really did a good job in three events and leading the scoring for the team. Desmond Robb continued his consistent performances on a busy day that saw him earn a second and sixth place individual finishes along with anchoring the 4x400m relay runner-up showing. Fynn Timm followed up his anchor leg of the DMR last night with a solid Mile. We had a strong 800m effort with four runners in the Top 6 and Brad Hort had a good runner-up finish in the 5000m. The guys lined up well and competed in every event. It was a nice finish for our team and we are looking forward to hopefully having Bobby Harris participate in the NCAA Indoor Championships in a couple weeks." -- Head coach Jeff Pigg
UP NEXT:
The North Florida will hopefully be sending high jumper Bobby Harris to the NCAA Indoor Championships in Fayetteville, Ark. on Mar. 9-11. The rest of the Osprey squad will open Outdoor Track season Mar. 18 in Orlando at the UCF Black & Gold Challenge.
