JACKSONVILLE -- The North Florida track and field teams will host the 2016 NCAA Outdoor Track & Field East Preliminary at Hodges Stadium. The event will run Thursday through Sunday.
The East Prelim, which is the opening round of the NCAA Championship, features the top 48 competitors in over 30 events from the East Region. UNF had four athletes qualify for the event including sophomores Nick Morken (1500m), Bobby Harris (High Jump) and Alyssa Young (High Jump) along with freshman Fynn Timm (3000m steeplechase).Â

Thursday, May 26: Nick Morken (1500m 1st Rd) - 3:00 pm
Friday, May 27: Alyssa Young (High Jump) - 5:00 pm
Friday, May 27: Fynn Timm (Steeplechase) - 9:30 pm
Saturday, May 28: Bobby Harris (High Jump) - 5:30 pm
Saturday, May 28: Nick Morken (1500m Quarterfinal) - 6:45 pm -- if advances
