JACKSONVILLE -- The No. 1 seed North Florida basketball team carries a program record seven-game win streak into Sunday's Atlantic Sun Conference Championship game against No. 3 seed USC Upstate in UNF Arena at 2:30 p.m. The game is being televised live on ESPN2.

The Ospreys, who improved to 22-11 on the season with their semifinal victory over Lipscomb on Thursday night, will be making just the program's second appearance in the A-Sun title game. USC Upstate reached their first A-Sun Championship game following a road win over No. 2 seed Florida Gulf Coast on Thursday.

Sophomore Dallas Moore led the way for UNF in Thursday's win scoring a career best 36 points while Chris Davenport chipped in 15 points and nine rebounds.

USC Upstate swept the regular season meetings with the Ospreys, winning 79-74 in UNF Arena on Jan. 31 and handing UNF a 80-63 loss in Spartanburg on Feb. 12. In the game in UNF Arena, Atlantic Sun Player of the Year Ty Greene netted a career high 39 points in helping the Spartans to the victory.

The winner of Sunday's game earns the league's automatic bid into the NCAA Tournament field, which will be announced next Sunday (Mar. 15)
