@OspreyMTEN Preps for Weekend in Gainesville with USTA/ITA Regionals

GAINESVILLE, Fla. - The North Florida Men's Tennis team will play in the USTA/ITA Regionals this weekend at the Ring Tennis Complex from Oct. 15 through Oct. 19.
"We are in one of the toughest regions in the nation. We are looking forward to the challenge of playing the best players from Georgia and Florida," said coach Mark Finnegan. "Every match will be a great challenge and if our guys stick to our individual goals and purposes we should achieve some of our outcome goals for the tournament."
The Ospreys look for several strong showings from both the singles and doubles teams. Four Ospreys begin play on Friday in the Main Draw Singles, while three begin play Thursday at 10 a.m. in the Qualifying singles.

In doubles play, Muscheites and Goldberg and well as Bradley and Deautriell play Friday in the Round of 64. Findel-Hawkins and Zuern, who are ranked No. 50 nationally, also play on Friday, but have earned a bye into the Round of 32.
