
#MBB Plays 3rd Game in 5 Days Friday at FAMU

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Looking to snap a two-game skid, the North Florida basketball team faces Florida A&M on Friday at 7 p.m. in the Al Lawson Center. The game will be the third game in five days for the Ospreys.
UNFÂ (6-5) will look to regain their winning ways following a pair of tough losses this week. After having a five-game win streak halted by Tennessee Tech on Monday night at home, the Ospreys saw Florida State utlized a late first half scoring surge into a victory on Wednesday night in Tallahassee.
Against FSU, sophomore Dallas Moore collected his third straight 20-point performance finishing with a team-best 23 points. Moore has now reached 20-point mark in seven games this season including five of the team's last seven contests. Fellow sophomore Chris Davenport chipped in a season-high 20 points and also had five rebounds and four assists.
Florida A&M (0-9) enters the matchup in search of their first victory on the year. Friday's game will the the first home contest for the Rattlers this season and also be their first competition since falling 70-61 at South Carolina State on Dec. 6.
After playing at FAMU, North Florida continues its current road stretch with a game Monday night at Iowa.
