The Ospreys fell to 5-14 overall and 2-8 in Atlantic Sun play, while Upstate improved to 11-7 and 5-4 in league play.

Student guest passes for those events are $5 and limited to one per student.

The first half was tight for the majority of the half with neither team leading by more than five points for the first 13 minutes of the half. The Ospreys went on a 10-2 run over a two-minute span to lead 30-19 with 4:15 to go before the break. But Upstate responded with a 12-1 run to end the half to tie the game at 31.
Redshirt freshman guard Jadhken Kerr led UNF with nine points in the half as the Ospreys shot 44 percent from the field in the first stanza. The Spartans shot 36.4 percent in the first half.
Upstate continued its run to start the second half by outscoring
Sophomore guard Brittany Kirkland led UNF with 12 points and junior guard Juliemay Syquio added 11 and five assists. Senior forward Arlande Cherizol continued her torrid rebounding run by pulling down a game-high 15 boards.
