Ospreys Open A-Sun Play at Campbell and ETSU

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The University of North Florida men's basketball team opens Atlantic Sun Conference play at Campbell on Friday, Nov. 27, at 6:15 p.m. ET. The men's game will follow the UNF-Campbell women's game that starts at 4 p.m.

The two-game conference road trip are games two and three of a nine game road swing for North Florida before returning home Dec. 30.

The Campbell game can be heard live on AM 1320 WBOB in Jacksonville or on-line at 1320WBOB.com. It can also be seen on GoCamels.com for $5.95.

The Ospreys are 1-2 on the year after dropping a 71-55 decision at Illinois State on Saturday, Nov. 21. Campbell is 3-1 on the year after losing 71-60 to Virginia Tech at home on Monday, Nov. 23.

Conference play continues two days later as the Ospreys are at East Tennessee State on Sunday, Nov. 29, at 4 p.m. The ETSU game can be heard on AM 1320 WBOB in Jacksonville or on-line at 1320WBOB.com. The game can also be watched online for a fee on ASun.TV.

ETSU is 2-3 on the year after beating the College of Charleston 77-71 on Wednesday, Nov. 25. The Bucs play at Arkansas on Friday, Nov. 27

After the Campbell and ESTU road trip, the Ospreys travel to Alabama to face the Crimson Tide on Wednesday, Dec. 2, at 8 p.m. ET.

The game will be heard on taped delay on AM 1320 WBOB in Jacksonville or on-line at 1320WBOB.com. The taped delay time has not been set yet.

Alabama is 2-1 on the year and play in the Old Spice Classic in Orlando Starting Thursday, Nov. 26.

“What a great transition into A-Sun play,” said head coach Matthew Driscoll. “Three excellent non-conference opponents with two of them on road have prepared us for what most people call one of the more taxing road trips in the league at Campbell and East Tennessee State. Both teams have been picked to finish very high in the league and it will be great challenge for us during this young season.”

A season ticket for basketball is $120 and includes all men's and women's home games, a total of 28 games on 19 event dates, including nine Atlantic Sun Conference double headers. A special rate is available for UNF Alumni ($110) and UNF Faculty and Staff ($105). A Family 4-pack is also available for the season at $360. Select seating areas require an Osprey Club membership (per seat donation).

Single-game pricing is $10 for adults and $8 for youth 17-and-under and senior citizens 55-and-older. Children 2-and-under and any current UNF student with a valid Osprey1 Card are admitted free. Student guest passes are $5 and limited to one per student.
