JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - The University of North Florida women's swimming and diving team will open its home schedule at 7 p.m. on Friday against Southeastern Conference foe Vanderbilt at UNF Aquatic Center.
UNF picked up a win last weekend to open the season against Florida A&M in Tallahassee. Results from the meet are not yet available due to technical difficulties.
Vanderbilt, in its second year in existence as a swimming and diving program, lost 171-75 last weekend at Southern Illinois. The Commodores won two races, with Leigh-Ann Axt winning the 200-butterfly and Christina Chao winning the 100-freestyle.
