
UNF hosts N. Colorado, Lockhaven

The University of North Florida swimming and diving
team will host its first home meet of the new year
when Northern Colorado and Lockhaven come to
town Wednesday.
The meet was originally scheduled to begin at 2 p.m.,
but has been pushed back to a 3 p.m. start.
UNF fell to both Florida State and UNC-Wilmington in
its last meet in Tallahassee.
When: Wednesday, 3 p.m. ET

UNF Notables: This year's squad features 11
freshmen and one sophomore transfer ... this meet is
the second of three meets in nine days for UNF,
which travels to Atlanta to take on Georgia Tech and
Emory on Jan. 14 ... UNF has two more home dates
left this year, taking on both Gardner-Webb and
Georgia Southern in back to back days Jan. 26-27 ...
UNF's Zeynep Meric recorded a first-place finish in
the 500-freestyle at the FSU/UNC-Wilmington meet,
finishing in a time of 5:09.33 ... Krissy Harms also had
a productive afternoon in Tallahassee with two
fourth-place finishes ... she recorded a time of
1:12.22 in the 100-breastroke to finish fourth in that
event, right behind teammate Krysten Nemecek
(1:10.12) ... Harms also finished fourth in the 200-IM
with a time of 2:15.49.
