UNF Swimming team to host FIU and Georgia Southern

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (Jan. 14, 2005)-The University of North Florida Swimming and Diving team will close out its regular season home schedule on Saturday Jan. 15 as it hosts Florida International and Georgia Southern at 2 p.m. at UNF Aquatic Center.
Saturday will also be "Senior Day" for the five senior swimmers who will be partaking in their final meet at UNF. Shawna Bothwell, Jennifer Downing, Jennifer McKay, Heather Rasor and Jessica Ware will all be recognized before the meet.
The Lady Ospreys are coming off an impressive showing in the Nokia Sugar Bowl Invitational in New Orleans, La. last week. UNF placed second in a field of seven teams, trailing only Tulane.
North Florida will be in action next on Jan. 29 when it travels to Atlanta to take on Georgia Tech and Emory.
