David Aucremann was named an assistant coach for North Florida men’s basketball on June 17, 2025.
In addition to his bench role, Aucremann will assist in player development, video coordination and operational responsibilities. Aucremann returns for his second stint at North Florida after he served in a head student manager role in 2018-21. From there, Aucremann was elevated to a graduate assistant at North Florida from 2021-23.
Aucremann was most recently a graduate assistant on Paul Mills' staff at Wichita State from 2023-25. With the Shockers, Aucremann worked with the staff to prepare video scouting reports, implement practice plans, in addition to other pre-game, post-game and in-season responsibilities.
Aucremann is a two-time graduate at North Florida with a bachelor's degree in sports management and a master's degree in athletic administration.
