Posted a series of career bests as a senior, turning in the best numbers of tenure in: ERA (2.86), appearances (23), games started (two), saves (six), innings pitched (34.2) and strikeouts (42).
Helped solidify UNF’s bullpen in middle-to-late relief while also serving as a closer.
Earned the save with one inning of scoreless ball in UNF’s 5-4 season-opening win against Missouri February 15.
Picked up the save with 1.1 scoreless innings in a 7-4 win against Fordham February 23.
Garnered wins against FAU (February 27) and FGCU (March 24).

Son of Ed and Karen Norkus
His mother, Karen played tennis at Oklahoma State and father, Ed, played baseball at Eastern Kentucky
His uncle, Robert Seguso was a professional tennis player and won four grand slam doubles titles as well as an Olympic Gold medal in 1988
His aunt, Carling Bassett, also played professional tennis
