2009: Played in 36 games, making 26 starts…Batted .280 on the season with 28 hits in 100 official plate appearances…Had 15 extra base hits, including at team-high 10 home runs…Had a team-best .630 slugging percentage…Had 16 walks and an on-base percentage of .376…Drove in a team-high 43 runs while scoring 18 runs…Had six multiple hit games with 11 multiple RBI games…Had a nine-game hitting streak which was the third longest on the team…Had a season-high three hits against Jacksonville, finishing the game 3-for-5 with a double, a home run, a run scored and four RBI…Had a season-best five RBI against both Campbell and East Tennessee State…Against the Buccaneers, he finished 2-for-3 with a walk, two runs scored, two home runs and five RBI.
2008: Played in 15 games, earning two starts…Blasted two home runs and scored three times to go along with three RBI in UNF’s 12-10 over Presbyterian…Had an RBI single against No. 1 Florida State on Apr. 16.
2007: Battled through injuries, but still saw action in six games…First career hit was a home run against Towson on Feb. 25…Went 1-for-2 against Ohio State on May 16.
2006: Did not compete during the season, taking a redshirt.
High School: Played three varsity seasons at Cardinal Gibbons High School in Fort Lauderdale…Played primarily at first base, hitting .400 as a senior with six home runs, .390 as a junior with three home runs and .410 as a sophomore two home runs…Tabbed Honorable Mention All-District all three seasons…Helped the team to a 68-18 record during his career and advanced to postseason all three years.
