2011-12 (Junior): Unanimous First-Team All-Atlantic Sun selection for singles… UNF’s Male Scholar-Athlete of the Year… went 24-8 overall in singles play… was 16-6 in singles in dual matches, completing on the No. 1 court in all 22 dual matches… posted a 6-1 singles mark against Atlantic Sun opponents… won eight three-set matches during the spring season, including six that saw him rally from being down after the first set… upset then-No. 62 Nicholas Sayer from then-No. 71 Radford (Jan. 16) 6-3, 6-3… named the A-Sun’s first Player of the Week for the 2012 season after defeating Sayer… had a nine-match No. 1-singles winning streak (Mar. 10-29) and included five three-set wins… picked up key wins against then-No. 42 South Alabama’s Roman Bocaert (Mar.12) and then-No. 33 UNC Wilmington’s Chris Cooprider (Mar. 13) to help UNF upset both South Alabama and UNC Wilmington 4-3 in back-to-back days… defeated Bocaert 6-3, 1-6, 6-2… topped Cooprider 6-3, 6-3… defeated USC Upstate’s Ramiro Blanco (Mar. 16), who was also a unanimous First-Team All-Sun selection, 4-6, 7-6 (4), 10-5… had a 6-7 (3), 7-6 (3) 6-1 three-set victory over Belmont’s Renato Antun (Apr. 6) to help UNF to a 4-3 win over the Bruins… went 21-6 overall in doubles, including 19-4 during the spring dual season… split time mainly at No. 2 (9-1) and No. 3 (9-3)… won final nine doubles matches of the season, going 2-0 with Pedro Davisson, 5-0 with Graham Edgar and 2-0 with Beauregard Treyz during that span… teamed with Edgar to get key doubles point sweeps against then-No. 74 Stetson, Belmont and Lipscomb… partnered with Davisson at No. 3 doubles to post an 8-5 win against South Alabama’s Daniel Leitner and Cody Hall and help UNF get the crucial doubles point… had an impressive fall that included an 8-2 singles record and 2-2 in doubles play… won first seven singles matches in the fall… one of 112 players selected to compete in the Qualifying Singles round at the 2011 ITA Men’s All-American Championships (Oct. 3-5)… reached finals round of Qualifying Singles… defeated San Diego’s Clarke Spinosa 6-3, 6-0 in the quarterfinals and Middle Tennessee’s Ben Davis 2-6, 6-3, 7-6 (5) in the semifinals before falling to Ohio State’s Nelson Vick in the finals… claimed the Flight A singles title at the State of Florida Championships (Sept. 23-26)… defeated USF’s Wael Kilani 6-2, 6-1 in the tournament’s championship match... Atlantic Sun Academic Honor Roll… ITA Scholar-Athlete.
2010-11 (Sophomore): Unanimous First-Team All-Atlantic Sun selection… went 16-4 overall and 8-1 in conference play… posted a 9-3 record at No. 1 singles and was a perfect 5-0 at No. 2 singles… also went 2-1 at No. 3 singles… ended the season with a three-match winning streak, all at No. 2 singles… won five straight in singles play from Mar. 18-Apr. 2… posted wins over No. 44 Miami’s No.1 player Waylon Chin (4-6, 6-1, 6-2), No. 67 Elon’s No. 1 player Phillip Nemec (6-2, 6-3) and No. 63 East Tennessee State’s No. 1 player Sander Gille (6-3, 4-6, 6-2)… went to three sets against nationally-ranked Eudaldo Bonet, who finished the 2011 season ranked No. 1 among Division II players, Armstrong Atlantic and regionally-ranked Marc Abdelnour from Florida Atlantic… Named Atlantic Sun Player of the Week on Jan. 26 after going 3-0 in singles and 2-1 in doubles… had a 7-12 doubles record… advanced to the third round of ath 2010 ITA Regional Championships, picking up wins over Florida Atlantic’s Oliver Webb and Florida’s Nassim Slilam… posted a 6-0, 6-2 win over No. 53 Wael Kilani from USF on Day 2 of the Gator Invitational… Atlantic Sun All-Academic.
2009-10 (Freshman): Named First Team All-Atlantic Sun… tallied a 19-12 overall mark, including 4-3 in tournament play and 15-9 in duals, playing primarily at the No. 1 where he went 11-5… also spent time at No. 2 (2-1) and No. 3 (2-3)… went 6-4 in the A-Sun… had a win over No. 75 College of Charleston’s No. 1 player, Lukas Koncilia… in doubles, he recorded a 9-6 record at the No. 3 with partner Leonard Nahar… had a win in tournament play over Division II nationally ranked No. 1 Mikk Irdoja of No. 3 Armstrong Atlantic… Atlantic Sun All-Academic.
Other Experience: Ranked 137 in German Men’s National rankings… 12th in the under 18 German national rankings… two time Bavarian Championships runner-up in singles.
