2008: Saw limited action after coming off an elbow injury the season before…Made four appearances, starting three games…Best start came against USF, where he pitched 2.0 innings and allowed just one hit while striking out two in a controlled start that UNF won 4-3 on Mar. 26.
2007: Got first career start against on Feb. 14 against Georgia Southern, throwing 4.2 innings and striking out three in a no-decision…Sat out rest of season with an elbow injury.
High School: Played three varsity seasons at William T. Dwyer High School in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla.…Honorable Mention All-Area as a junior and senior…Helped team advance to Class 5A regional tournament as a senior…Started nine games and pitched 55.6 innings as a senior with 79 strikeouts, 11 walks, a 2.23 ERA…As a junior, pitched 55 innings with a 0.76 ERA, en route to All-Conference honors and Honorable Mention All-County accolades…Participated in the 2006 Palm Beach County Dick Howser Senior All-Star Game.
