Women's Tennis Reveals 2026-27 Schedule

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -Â North Florida Women's Tennis finalized its schedule for the 2026-27 season, as announced by head coach Catherine Dunagan on Tuesday.
North Florida enters the 2026-27 season as the defending Atlantic Sun Conference champion after UNF captured its 11th conference tournament title en route to the 2026 NCAA Tournament First Round. North Florida finished its 2026 regular season as the only undefeated Division I team in the nation at 22-0. The Ospreys then defeated FGCU, 4-2, in the ASUN Championship final to improve to 25-0.
The Ospreys compete in six events during their 2026 fall season, including one at UNF Tennis Complex. North Florida's spring slate features a pair of matches against SEC opponents in Auburn and Alabama, a battle against Nebraska at ITA Kickoff Weekend and an ASUN Tournament final rematch against FGCU.
North Florida will face off against in-state opponents FIU, West Florida, Stetson, USF and FGCU.Â
The Ospreys open their fall season at the College of Charleston from Sept. 18-19 before heading to the Bedford Cup from Sept. 25-27 hosted by USF. North Florida then travels to the ITA Southeast Regional Championships hosted by UCF from Oct. 8-13. To close out October, UNF competes at Georgia Southern from Oct. 23-25.
North Florida closes its fall schedule hosting the UNF Invite from Nov. 6-8, while qualifying athletes will compete at the ITA Masters Championship from Nov. 5-8.
North Florida opens its spring schedule at Auburn on Jan. 15 and against Tulane on Jan. 16 in Auburn, Ala. The Ospreys then compete in the ITA Kickoff Weekend against Nebraska on Jan. 22, followed by either Pepperdine or UC Santa Barbara on Jan. 23.
North Florida travels to FIU on Jan. 28 and faces North Texas in Miami on Jan. 29 before opening its home slate against Alabama on Feb. 5. The Ospreys remain home for matchups against Presbyterian College, College of Charleston, Air Force, West Florida, Coastal Carolina and Appalachian State through March 8.
The Ospreys travel to Bellarmine on March 18, Lipscomb on March 20 and Austin Peay on March 21 before returning home to face Stetson on March 26 and USF on March 31.
UNF closes its home schedule with Senior Day against Queens on April 3Â and FGCU on April 9, a rematch of the 2026 ASUN Championship final. North Florida concludes the regular season at Georgia Southern on April 11.
The 2027 ASUN Championships will be hosted by FGCU at the FGCU Tennis Complex from April 22-24 to decide the conference's champion and its automatic bid for the NCAA Tournament.
