Men's Golf Announces 2026-27 Schedule

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida men's golf officially unveiled its competition slate for the 2026-27 season, as announced by Director of Golf Scott Schroeder on Thursday.
The Ospreys will have their sights set back on returning to an NCAA Regional tournament for the 15th time in over 17 seasons, as well as the NCAA Championship for the fifth time in nine seasons. North Florida also looks to reclaim the Atlantic Sun Conference Championship title for the first time since 2022.
The tournament schedule for UNF consists of 11 total tournaments for a third consecutive season with seven events in the spring. It will be highlighted by the 35th edition of The Hayt Collegiate tournament hosted by North Florida, scheduled from Mar. 6-8 at Sawgrass Country Club.
North Florida will open its season at the Florida Atlantic Invitational hosted by FAU from Sept. 21-22 at The Bear's Club in Jupiter, Fla. The Ospreys conclude their September slate in the program's second straight appearance at the Bryan Bros Collegiate hosted by South Carolina from Sept. 28-29 at Solina GC in West Columbia, S.C.
The fall season will wrap up in October starting with UNF's first three-day tournament of 2026-27 at the Williams Cup from Oct. 18-20 at Eagle Point Golf Club in Wilmington, N.C. North Florida's annual trip to the Ka'anapali Classic Collegiate hosted by Hawaii will be its final fall event from Oct. 26-28 at Royal Ka'anapali Golf Course in Maui, Hawaii.
The spring slate starts outside the continental United States with the Dorado Beach Collegiate hosted by UNC Greensboro at TPC Dorado Beach in Dorado, P.R. The Gator Invitational hosted by Florida continues to be a staple on UNF's tournament schedule with their 33rd appearance in program history, as they will compete from Feb. 13-14 at Mark Bostick GC in Gainesville, Fla.
North Florida will remain in-state to host the prestigious The Hayt tournament for a 35th season at Sawgrass Country Club. In its second of three tournaments throughout March, UNF competes in The Michael A. Marino Classic from March 14-16 at Dunes Golf and Beach Club in Myrtle Beach, S.C.
North Florida closes out March in its second tournament in Ponte Vedra, Fla., at the Players Collegiate hosted by Eastern Michigan from March 21-22. The Ospreys' final regular season tournament will be played at the Lewis Chitengwa Memorial hosted by Virginia from April 12-13 at Birdwood Golf Course in Charlottesville, Va.
The ASUN Championship will start off postseason play for North Florida from Apr. 20-22 hosted at Kinderlou Forest GC in Valdosta, Ga. The Ospreys will await to see if they receive an automatic bid or an at-large selection for the NCAA regional round from May 16-19, along with the NCAA Championship from May 28-June 2.
