WILMINGTON, N.C. – Senior Adam Vermut posted a pair of rounds under-par to earn the top finish for North Florida Men's Golf with a tie for seventh place at the Seahawk Intercollegaite at Country Club of Landfall on Tuesday.

Vermut shot a 1-under 71 with four birdies in Round 3 to propel himself into the top-10 on the individual leaderboard. He posted five birdies for a 3-under 69, the Ospreys' best 18-hole score of the event, in Round 1.

North Florida finished tied for sixth out of 15 teams on the leaderboard.

Redshirt sophomore Danny Erickson tied for 39th and freshman Luke Balaskiewicz tied for 44th to round out the Ospreys in the top-50 on the leaderboard. Redshirt junior Filippo Serra tied for fifth among the field with a 4.42 average and a 7-under score on Par 5 holes.

Erickson and Vermut each recorded a team-high 12 birdies over the event.
