
Fekany Invited To NCAA Legacy Lab

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – North Florida Women's Soccer redshirt junior Allie Fekany has been selected to participate in the 2026 NCAA Legacy Lab, a multi-day entrepreneurship program hosted by the NCAA from February 26 through March 1 in Indianapolis, Ind.

The Legacy Lab is designed to help Division I sophomore and junior student-athletes explore entrepreneurship and develop their personal brands, while still competing at the collegiate level. Participants engage in hands-on learning sessions, mentorship opportunities and collaborative workshops focused on building long-term professional success.

During the event, Fekany will select from three educational tracks: a name, image and likeness (NIL) track focused on responsible monetization strategies, a business fundamentals track centered on starting and scaling a venture, or a social impact track designed to help student-athletes build purpose-driven enterprises.

A 2025 Second Team All-ASUN selection, Fekany appeared in all 22 contests with 11 starts and logged 881 minutes for North Florida last season. Fekany tallied six goals and an assist for 13 points, which included her first collegiate brace against West Georgia on Sept. 18 and the game-winning goal against Eastern Kentucky in the ASUN Championship Quarterfinals on Oct. 30. She totaled 20 shots and 16 shots on goal for a .800 shot on goal percentage. In ASUN action, Fekany started seven matches tallied four goals with an assist for nine points, 15 shots and 12 shots on goal for an impressive .800 shot on goal percentage.

Through immersive programming, Fekany will translate the discipline, leadership and work ethic she has developed as an All-ASUN forward for North Florida into practical business and branding skills to leave the event with the skills to excel in life beyond athletics. The selection reflects her continued commitment to maximizing opportunities both on and off the field while at North Florida.
