KENNESAW, Ga. – Sophomore forward
Allison Souers notched her first collegiate brace to propel North Florida women's soccer to a draw at Kennesaw State, 2-2, at Fifth Third Stadium on Sunday night.
Souers scored the initial goal of the match in the 15th minute on an assist from redshirt junior forward/midfielder
Isabella Pontieri to secure a 1-0 lead for North Florida. It marked Souers' first goal and Pontieri's first assists of the season.
Kennesaw State responded with a goal right before the break in the 45th minute to even the score at the half.
Souers continued to remain aggressive on the offensive end and secured her brace off a goal in the 68th minute to take back the lead for North Florida. Kennesaw State tied the match off a penalty kick in the 78th minute.

Audrey Johnson secured her second-straight match with four saves that included a pair of crucial saves in the 83rd minute and 88th minute to keep the score tied.
North Florida totaled 16 shots and eight shots on goal. Souers tied her career-high with three shots. Pontieri lead the team in shots with five shots, which included two shots on goal, and McSwigan added four shots.

Brialyn Anderson played all 90 minutes and has logged the full 90 in four of six matches. Overall, 21 Ospreys logged action in the match.
