PONTE VEDRA BEACH, Fla. - North Florida men's golf put a bow on the 33rd edition of The Hayt collegiate tournament with a pair of top-25 individual finishers on Monday afternoon at Sawgrass Country Club.
The Ospreys ended the week with their top scores being carded at 2-over 218 by
Filippo Serra and
Jason Duff sharing 22nd overall on the leaderboard. Fighting through a final round that had a two-hour delay and windy conditions, they each hit a trio of birdies to secure quality scores in their home event.

ROUND REFLECTIONS
- Serra had a nice run on the first eight holes with six pars and a birdie, paired with two birdies in his final six holes, to be 22nd at 2-over.
- Duff started his final career round at The Hayt with a birdie and added two more for a 2-over score alongside Serra.
- Danny Erickson scored back-to-back birdies on holes 17 and 18 to help turn in a 3-over day.
- Adam Vermut was also 3-over on the day with Erickson and Serra to finish up his first tournament as a part of the team's score, while Brett Schell finalized the tournament score for the Ospreys.
- Justin Ross and Chase Carroll each completed their unattached weekends, highlighted by a final-round eagle on the eighth hole by Carroll.
