
Men's Tennis Preview: at FGCU / Stetson

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida men's tennis (6-8) faces a challenging set of matches ahead of them this week, as they are set to take on a pair of in-state conference opponents in the Florida Gulf Coast Eagles (5-9) and the ITA No. 68 Stetson Hatters (14-2) on the road from Mar. 28-30.
The reigning Atlantic Sun conference tournament champions in FGCU are operating under interim head coach Mateo Ruiz. In addition, the team has brought in eight new freshmen after their victorious campaign just a season ago.
As for the Hatters, they are a red-hot program that is currently riding an active 13-match win streak going into this week's action. Stetson also holds the ASUN Player of the Week in Ervin Haris Eminefendic after his undefeated week helped to two conference victories.
