Men's Tennis Preview: vs Kennesaw State

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida men's tennis (3-8) continues their homestand to open ASUN play against the No. 73 Kennesaw State Owls (7-3) on Sunday, Mar. 17, at 2 p.m., at the UNF Tennis Complex.

The Ospreys look to make it two straight victories against the Owls after defeating them last season in Kennesaw, Ga. UNF has lost two of the last three matches against Kennesaw State, but still hold an impressive 15-2 mark against the Owls.

Doubles duo of Joel Gibson and Anthony Weingarten have a record of 4-1 in doubles this season.
Last season, the Owls had a record of 5-3 in conference play and held a .500 record on the road at 6-6.
During the conference tournament last year, the Owls advanced to the semifinals before losing (0-4) to the eventual conference championship winners in Florida Gulf Coast.

This weekend's match will be the first ranked opponent the Ospreys have hosted all season.
With a win, it would increase Breno Marques's active singles match win streak to four matches.
If Jonas Hartenstein and Rodrigo Crespo win their potential doubles match, it will tie their Ospreys' career doubles match win streak as a duo at nine matches.
