CLIPBOARD NOTES
"I was very happy with how everyone swam today. We had a very good morning session with a lot of fast times . We started off the finals breaking the 200 medley relay with a time that was almost a second faster than the previous record. Then we had our 400 individual medley with Amanda Loomis achieving her best time and Aydan Horrigan swimming a NIC B cut. All the strokes, including the 200 freestyle swimmers had very good swims tonight and we capped it off with the 800 freestyle relay. Tomorrow is gonna be a big day for us, we're looking forward to it." -- head coach Ian CoffeyÂ
