Men's Tennis Set to Face Top Florida Teams at Bedford Cup

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida men's tennis will travel to face off against in-state teams at the Bedford Cup hosted by Florida from Oct. 25-27 in Gainesville, Fla.
Hosted annually each fall, the Bedford Cup features Division I programs throughout the state of Florida. This season will be the 11th straight season of the tournament for the Ospreys.
The teams joining UNF competing this weekend are Florida, FGCU, UCF, USF, Stetson, FAU, FSU and Miami.
On Friday, prepare each athlete will be prepared to play one round of doubles and two singles matches with possibly another doubles match as well. Each player will be guaranteed two singles and two doubles matches over the weekend.
Jean Deloziere, Lorenzo Messina and Bruno Vietri are coming off their appearances at the ITA Southeast Regional at Georgia this past week. The Stetson Invitational will be the final fall tournament for the Ospreys following this weekend's competition at UF.
