Eisenbeiss Leads Team During Round One

ORLANDO, Fla. - North Florida women's golf opened its spring season in the UCF Challenge on Sunday afternoon at the Eagle Creek Golf Club.

Christin Eisenbeiss carded 1-over 73 on the day to lead the Osprey team in their first competitive round of golf since Oct. 19. Sarah Scott was the next best UNF golfer in what was her collegiate debut being included on the team score.

ROUND REFLECTIONS

Eisenbeiss had the best score for UNF at 1-over par after putting up four birdies.
She also completed the afternoon inside the top 10 players for average par-five score at 2-under.
Scott made her season debut with a birdie on her first hole to card 4-over with three total birdies.
Daniela Gonzalez notched 11 pars and one birdie to put together a 5-over round on Sunday.
Wyndom Burnett had a rough front nine, but pulled through with 1-under on the back nine to score at 6-over.
She scored at par or better on every hole in her final nine holes of the day.
Jessie Cai rounded out the Osprey group with 12 pars for 6-over 78.
