COACH DRISCOLL ON TOMORROW'S GAME

"We were so pleased as a staff to the response of our lackluster first half and competitive spirit that we exuded during the last seven minutes at LSU. It gave us encouragement for our next Power Five opponent in Iowa. Transfer of learning is one of the most important aspects of coaching, which creates awareness to mentally and physically see our errors, yet perform to the standard of excellence that we command. Iowa is one of the fastest teams in the country endline-to-endline. They put pressure on the defense immediately while attacking the offensive glass and generating almost 20 free throw attempts per game."
-- head coach Matthew Driscoll
