Coach Coffey's Comments - Head Coach Ian Coffey
"We started off the meet in a fantastic way, breaking the school record in the 200 medley relay, set back during the 2017-18 season. It was a very exciting race and a great way to start off the finals session. We got a lot of energy from the team as well as the crowd."
"Ryan Showfety and Gabriella Reeves swam well and improved from this morning, moving up in the standings. Julianna Graf also posted her best time of the year in the 200 IM, moving up in the standings. In the 50 free, Ashley Kephart had her lifetime-best time and Marcia Shaw went under 24 seconds for her lifetime best."
"All in all, I'm very happy with how we stepped up tonight and I'm looking forward to going at it tomorrow. We have two relays tomorrow, with three individual events. We're looking to get a lot of people back into the A, B and C finals tomorrow!"
