HOOP SCOOP: Ospreys Close Regular Season at Stetson

DeLAND, Fla. -- After having last weekend's series vs Bellarmine canceled due to a pause in competition for the Knights, North Florida men's basketball returns to the hardwood for the final time in the regular season at Stetson on Friday (2 p.m.) and Saturday (2 p.m.). Attendance at games will be limited to team pass lists.

G - Emmanuel Adedoyin (8.9 PPG | 2.5 RPG | 3.9 APG)

- Ospreys enter the final weekend currently tied for 4th in the ASUN standings with FGCU
- UNF will be playing just their 3rd and 4th games in the month of February
- Friday's game marks the 500th in North Florida's Division I history

SCOUTING REPORT
- Stetson carries a 9-12 (6-8 ASUN) record into this weekend's clashes having lost 3 of their last 5 games
- Hatters are 6-4 at home this season
- Stetson has earned a series split in 6 of their 7 ASUN weekend sets this season
- Rob Perry (15.6 PPG) leads a trio of double-digit scorers for Stetson followed by Chase Johnston (14.2 PPG) and Christiaan Jones (10.8 PPG)
- Hatters are one of the league's top scoring squads at 71.6 PPG and have made 202 three-pointers this year
- Head coach Donnie Jones is 25-37 in his second season at the helm of the Hatters (180-158 in 10th year as a head coach)

UP NEXT
ASUN Championship Tournament play is scheduled to begin next week with the first round game set for Wednesday (Mar. 3). Quarterfinals will be played Mar. 4, semifinals Mar. 5 and the final game is slated for Sunday, Mar. 7 at 2 p.m. in UNF Arena.
