
Rafnsdóttir Signs With Women’s Basketball, Program's First Student-Athlete from Iceland

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. - North Florida women's basketball is excited to announce the signing of Helena Rafnsdóttir, an incoming freshman in the fall class of 2022 out of Reykjanesbær, Iceland. Rafnsdóttir is the program's first-ever signee from Iceland.

- Uncle, Magnus, played soccer at Embry-Riddle in Daytona Beach, Fla., before moving on to play in Iceland's premier league.
