Women's Soccer Adds Five During NCAA Signing Period

JACKSONVILLE - North Florida head women's soccer coach Eric Faulconer announced the signing of five players to national letters-of-intent for the Fall 2022 class. The group features a pair of defenders, two midfielders and one forward.

Joining the Ospreys this fall will be Brialyn Anderson, Aleksandra Fekany, Chloe Lynch, Kalliyan Pho and Brenna Robinson.

"Our staff is very excited about these additions to our women's soccer program. In addition to the level of play, quality of character is one of the most important attributes we look for in the recruiting process. We are very confident that this group of new Ospreys will fit in well and enhance the culture of our program. All five have been impactful players with their respective club teams, as well as at the high school level. We are equally excited about our continued commitment to recruit the top players from the local area and once again we feel we have accomplished that goal. I want to thank our athletic administration, support staff and the faculty members on the UNF campus who continue to take the time to meet with our potential student-athletes. We are 30-12-5 since 2019 and just recorded our highest season ending NCAA RPI in program history. Brialyn Anderson

A technically skilled, fast defender from Jacksonville, Florida. Brialyn is the captain for the United Soccer Alliance U18 GA team in Fleming Island, Florida where she anchors the backline for her team. She has the ability to play both the center back and outside back positions. She attends the Providence School of Jacksonville where she is a National Honor Society Distinguished Scholar, and she is ranked in the top five of her class. She is the founder and Co-President of the Ronald McDonald Club at her school. She has an older sister, Analiese Anderson, who also plays for the UNF women's soccer team.

Aleksandra Fekany

Forward | Orlando, Fla. | Boone High School | Orlando City Soccer Club ECNL

Notables

Fekany will provide pace and a high level of work rate on the Osprey frontline. She has played varsity soccer all four years at Boone High School and serves as co-captain for her team. She plays her club soccer at Orlando City Soccer Club on the ECNL team. She has helped her team several times qualify for ECNL Nationals, as well as ECNL Champions league. She was an ECNL Southeast PDP selection, based on her performance in ECNL competitions and recommendations from ECNL coaches. Allie is a member of the Honor Society and has been on the Valencia College Deans List every semester of dual enrollment.

Chloe Lynch

Lynch is a box-to-box midfielder that possesses excellent attacking qualities and the ability to cover a lot of ground during the match. She is creative, possesses fantastic vision and most importantly can score and create goals. She is a 2021 Georgia High School 5A State Champion at Blessed Trinity, where she has been a four-year starter, earning All-Region honors. She has also achieved a great amount of success at the club level earning a Georgia State Cup Championship and a National League Southeast Regional Championship. She was a member of the ODP Georgia State Team, a ODP National Team Camp Attendee and a Rush Soccer Club National Select Team selection. She has been an ECNL Weekly Standout selection eight times by TopDrawer Soccer. She is a strong student and a member of the National Art Honors Society

Brenna Robinson

Robinson, a 5'9" center back, is one of the top prospects from the local area. She attended the US Youth National Training Center in Tampa in March 2021. She was also a ECNL PDP Southeast selection. She is rated as the 15^th best player in the state of Florida in the 2022 class and a three-star prospect by TopDrawer Soccer. She is a four-year standout at Creekside High School. Serving as Team Captain and the starting center back all 4 years. She is a Florida All-State Player Junior and Sophomore years and All-County Freshman year. Selected as a Florida High School Sports Award Greater Jacksonville Honoree in 2021. She is also a Florida Times Union All First Coast Selection. An excellent student taking dual enrollment classes through St. Johns River college.
