JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – North Florida Women's Soccer's junior goalkeeper Chrissa Avery was selected as ASUN Goalkeeper of the Week on Monday.

The selection marks the second-consecutive ASUN Goalkeeper of the week honor for the Ospreys after fifth year goalkeeper Sofia Miliancano earned the distinction on Oct. 5.

For Avery, it marks her second ASUN Goalkeeper of the Week honor after being recognized last season on Oct. 13, 2025. Avery and Miliancano have claimed all four of the program's ASUN Goalkeeper of the Week selections.

For the Ospreys, it's their fourth ASUN weekly award distinction this season.

Avery grabbed a save to secure a clean sheet in her first start of the season to help North Florida shutout Stetson on Oct. 11, 3-0. It was also her sixth collegiate clean sheet.

North Florida returns to Hodges Stadium for the first matchup of the River City Rumble against Jacksonville on Sunday, Oct. 18. Kickoff is set for 6 p.m. ET on ESPN+.
