FIRST TEE — North Florida women's golf returns to competition for the second consecutive week when the Ospreys tee off Sunday in the Evie Odom Invitational hosted by Old Dominion at Princess Anne Country Club.

- Ospreys opened their 2021 fall campaign with a runner-up finish at last week's Lady Paladin Invitational in Greenville, N.C.
- Sara McKevitt led the way for UNF posting a career low 54-hole total of 5-under 211, while also matching her career best finish of 3rd place in the medalist standings
- Mindy Herrick (T12) and Christin Eisenbeiss (T22) joined McKevitt in the Top 25 individual standings
- Sophomore Jessie Cai, who played in the event as an individual, carded her career best round of even-par 72 in the final round
SCORECARD REPORT
- Ospreys captured four tournament crowns last season and were just one victory shy of matching the program record for wins in a season with five set in 2018-19
- North Florida has claimed a tournament title in three straight years and five of the past six seasons
- Last year, sophomore Christin Eisenbeiss became the first Osprey and just the fourth ASUN golfer to advance to the NCAA Championship as an individual
- Senior Mindy Herrick has finished in Top 15 for 8 of her last 9Â tournament starts
- Four golfers posted rounds under par in the season-opening event
